I work as a client focused practitioner which means I  understand the value of thinking about my clients holistically. I'm a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Tapping) and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner.

I combine these two techniques to release negative emotions and explore the beliefs that are holding you back, whether you are aware of them or not, and actually change them. Once your beliefs change, your feelings, your behaviour, and what you experience in your life will change naturally and with ease. Both EFT and Matrix are effective for phobias, allergies, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, pain, limiting beliefs, grief, physical & emotional manifestations of stress, fears and many more. 

Emotional Freedom Technique (also known as EFT or simply tapping) is a powerful technique based on research showing that emotional trauma greatly contributes to disease. Clinical trials have shown that EFT tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress.
